**Job Description**
The London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine (LSHTM) seeks a talented and highly-motivated researcher to join the Environment & Health Modelling (EHM) Lab. The successful candidate will work on the Wellcome Trust-funded CONNECT project, focusing on cohort and environmental data integration for epidemiological innovation. This role involves working with large population-based UK cohorts such as UK Biobank, CPRD, and OpenSAFELY, to develop and apply new analytical methods for studying environmental health risks and climate change. The post offers opportunities for interaction with research networks like DASH and the Multi-City Multi-Country Collaborative Research Network. The position is full-time, 35 hours per week, and fixed-term for 24 months, available from 01 October 2025.

**Skills & Abilities**
• Strong skills in statistical inference and probability
• Knowledge of designs and analytical methods for cohort studies
• Substantial experience with the R software for epidemiological analyses

**Qualifications**
Required Degree(s) in:
• A relevant topic (postgraduate, ideally doctoral degree)

**Experience**
Other:
• Established experience in environmental epidemiology
• Preferably including the management and analysis of large-scale cohorts
