Research Assistant

**Job Description**
The appointees will assist the project leader in a research project titled “Investigating social sustainability in ‘Well-being Design’ housing policy: A post-occupancy evaluation 「幸福設計」與社會可持續性:公營房屋的政策研究”. This role involves collecting and reviewing policies, conducting case study research, assisting with surveys, processing data, preparing reports and visualisations, and coordinating research logistics.

**Skills & Abilities**
• Demonstrated ability to conduct literature reviews, interviews, or surveys
• Familiarity in statistical analysis, AHP, Fuzzy Delphi, or qualitative coding software (highly desirable)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese, including proficiency in spoken Cantonese
• Strong analytical and organisational skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting

**Qualifications**
Required Degree(s) in:
• Architecture
• Engineering
• Urban / Housing Studies
• Management
• Social Sciences
• A related discipline
