**Job Description**
This position involves joining a collaborative research program focused on the functional specialization of liver macrophages using in vivo CRISPR screens. The project aims to unravel causal circuits driving the development and functional specialization of liver-resident Kupffer cells and to study the effects of macrophage perturbations on neighboring stromal and endothelial cells using Spatial CRISPR screens. The successful candidate will be part of an interdisciplinary team applying novel probabilistic deep-learning models to analyze in vivo perturbational omics data.
**Skills & Abilities**

� Experience with highly multiplexed flow cytometry and confocal microscopy.
� Experience in single-cell or spatial multi-omics.

**Experience**
Experience Required:
� Experience in either immunology or hepatology. Strong interest in both.
