**Job Description**
This position serves as a Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) within the Scleroderma Program in the Division of Rheumatology. The role is split, with 50% dedicated to providing study coordination for multiple clinical research studies of varying complexity. The remaining 50% involves overseeing the scleroderma research portfolio, providing mentorship and guidance to junior clinical research professionals on study management, and contributing to their training and development. The CRC is expected to apply advanced skills in critical thinking and creative problem-solving across diverse clinical studies, developing new processes, procedures, tools, and training to enhance clinical research activities. The position supports a portfolio of projects, requires mastery of CRC-Assistant duties, and emphasizes continuous professional development.

**Qualifications**
Required Degree(s) in:
• Health Science (Associate degree or equivalent combination of related education and experience)
• Health-related areas (Advanced degree in Health Sciences, Behavioral Sciences, Public Health, Health Care Administration, Clinical Research Administration, Social Work, Psychology, Epidemiology, Foreign MD)

**Experience**
Experience Required:
• Minimum 1 year of directly related experience in clinical research and clinical trials
Other:
• OR Minimum 3 years of human subject experience (clinical, lab or health regulations)
• Mastery of all job duties from the CRC-Assistant position on the Michigan Medicine CRC Career Ladder is required.
