**Job Description**
The Institute of Global Health Innovation (IGHI) at Imperial College aims to develop evidence-based, cutting-edge solutions to healthcare system issues and improve patient care, population health, and wellbeing. This role is within Theme 4 of the NIHR North West London Patient Safety Research Collaboration (NWL PSRC), focusing on evaluating and integrating patient safety in the design of new service delivery models, particularly those leveraging digital innovation. The Research Assistant/Associate will contribute to making a real-world impact on patient safety globally, supporting research projects, identifying funding, and assisting with data analysis and reporting.
**Skills & Abilities**
• (Advanced) knowledge of research methods, particularly in qualitative (e.g., interviews, focus groups, ethnography and thematic analysis) and/or quantitative methods (e.g., multivariate analysis, logistic regression, predictive modelling and/or unsupervised analyses).
• Excellent communication skills.
• Confident in developing good working relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
• Motivated team player.

Required Degree(s) in:
• Health sciences
• Digital health
• Health services research
• Closely related discipline
**Experience**
Other:
• Prior research/industrial experience (for Research Assistant level)
