**Job Description**
The Chemical & Biochemical Sciences Green Process Engineering Department (CBS) at Mohammed VI Polytechnic University (UM6P) is seeking a post-doctoral fellow specializing in chemical engineering, with a particular focus on phosphate value chain processes. The successful candidate will strengthen the CBS department’s research team, contributing expertise to industrial subjects related to chemical phosphate manufacturing. The role also involves participating in the supervision of students (internships, projects, practical work, reports, dissertations), actively organizing scientific events like seminars and workshops, and engaging in UM6P’s collective projects and external missions.

**Skills & Abilities**
• Hybrid expertise in Chemical engineering, Process engineering, and Materials chemistry.
• Experience in pilot-scale testing.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Experience of working as a member of a multidisciplinary team.
• Ability to write publications, reports, and projects.
• Oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to design and evaluate the performance of unit operations.
• Ability to carry out feasibility, cost, risk, and opportunity assessment studies.
• Exceptional communication skills aligned with UM6P’s emphasis on knowledge dissemination and impactful outreach.
• Demonstrate an aptitude for teamwork.
• Computer skills/programming/modeling (a plus).

**Qualifications**
Required Degree(s) in:
• Chemical engineering or a related field (Ph.D.)

**Experience**
Other:
• Extensive experience in unit operations and chemical processes.
• A proven track record of research publications in reputable peer-reviewed journals.
