The role involves research aimed at creating cost-effective and sustainable solutions for energy storage technologies, particularly for applications like electric vehicles and renewable energy integration.

**Skills & Abilities**
• Extensive expertise in various methods for materials synthesis
• Proficiency in electrochemical characterization techniques
• Experienced in utilizing advanced analytical tools: X-ray diffraction, Raman spectroscopy, Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM), Transmission Electron Microscopy (TEM), BET surface analysis, Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FTIR), X-ray Photoelectron Spectroscopy (XPS)
• Strong publication record demonstrating expertise in electrochemical energy storage technologies
• Actively engaged in innovative, high-quality international research
• Capable of effective communication regarding research progress and results
• Involved in drafting research project proposals and seeking funding opportunities
• Ability to supervise Ph.D. and master’s students
• Project management skills for research initiatives
