**Job Description**
This on-campus, federally funded part-time work-study position at Ivy Tech Community College offers college students the opportunity to gain valuable experience while assisting with psychology curriculum development. The role involves identifying, critically analyzing, and summarizing scholarly sources, as well as preparing resource materials for 100 and 200 level psychology courses.

• Excellent reading, writing, and organizational skills
• Ability to analyze and summarize scholarly material
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks
• Experience with academic research or literature review (Preferred)
• Familiarity with APA formatting and citation styles (Preferred)

**Qualifications**
Required Degree(s) in:
• High School Diploma / GED
Other:
• Enrolled as a student and maintaining Satisfactory Academic Progress
• Has passed Introduction to Psychology (PSYC101)
• Enrolled in at least 6 credit hours each semester
• Current and completed FAFSA on file
• Demonstrate financial need
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
