**Job Description**
RIKEN Center for Quantum Computing (RQC) seeks researchers to advance the understanding of quantum mechanics and information, develop quantum control and measurement techniques, and build quantum computing hardware and software. This position involves experimental research in optical quantum control, quantum measurement, and estimation, as well as related optical quantum information technology, with the aim of developing an optical quantum computer and improving its performance. The role focuses on manipulating quantum states in susceptible quantum systems through high-fidelity measurement, estimation, and coherent/measurement-based control.
