**Job Description**
This role involves working as a Senior Research Officer on the ERC Starting Grant project “Applied stereotypes, social networks and self-fulfilling prophecies: How stereotypes reinforce social inequalities” under the supervision of Dr. Zs�fia Boda. The primary focus includes designing, organizing, and administering panel data collection in English secondary schools, conducting interviews and measurement development, and analyzing the collected data using state-of-the-art social network analysis methods. The successful candidate will also produce high-quality academic articles, mentor Ph.D. students affiliated with the project, and assist with project-related administrative tasks. The position requires a strong interest in empirical social research and a desire to better understand social inequalities.
**Skills & Abilities**

� Knowledge of, and ideally at least some experience in, both qualitative and quantitative methods.
� Interest in applying mixed-method approaches.
� Some experience in social network analysis, or a strong willingness to learn and apply advanced social network methods.
� Advantageous: Experience in qualitative interviewing, questionnaire design, and survey data collection, especially in school settings.
