**Job Description**
The Research/Teaching Assistant student position at the Kogod School of Business involves working closely with a professor to contribute to both teaching and/or research activities. This role is exclusively available to enrolled American University students and requires a strong academic background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for education and research.

**Skills & Abilities**
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and understandable manner
• Familiarity with research methodologies, data analysis, and literature review
• Strong interpersonal skills for interacting with students, faculty, and staff
• Effective organizational and time management skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and and deadlines simultaneously

**Experience**
Other:
• Current AU student
• Good academic standing with a strong GPA
• Previous research experience is an asset
