**Job Description**
INESC TEC is accepting applications for 1 Research Initiation Grant (BII) within the A-MoVeR project, co-financed by the Recovery and Resilience Plan of the European Union. The grant aims to expand knowledge of state-of-the-art radar and video systems for motorcycles, identify and select appropriate optimization methods, develop research skills through practical application, and apply the scientific method to research processes while fostering a critical attitude towards results.
**Skills & Abilities**
• Prior work with radar, video processing, or sensor fusion technologies (preference factor).
• Familiarity with data acquisition frameworks and real-world testing environments (e.g., automotive or robotics) (preference factor).
• Experience with software development (e.g., Python, C++).
• Basic knowledge of sensor systems.
**Qualifications**
Required Degree(s) in:
• Electrical and Computer Engineering or similar area (Licenciatura)

Other:
• Enrollment in a degree-awarding study cycle or non-degree-awarding Higher Education program.
