**Job Description**
The Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine (LKCMedicine), established by Nanyang Technological University, Singapore, in partnership with Imperial College London, is a center for innovative medical education and transformative research. The school trains doctors focused on patient care and offers both undergraduate and graduate programs. This position is for a highly motivated research fellow to join the Skin Bioengineering and Devices Lab of Asst Prof Liang Kun at LKCMedicine (Novena Campus). The role involves working on the development of cutaneous delivery systems and skin-interfacing diagnostics.
**Skills & Abilities**
• Demonstrated strong knowledge in the field of bioengineering, cutaneous delivery and diagnostics or related field with first-authored publications in high impact scientific journals
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to write research reports, grants, publish and review publications
• Self-driven, highly motivated and organized
**Qualifications**
Required Degree(s) in:
• Bioengineering
• Material Science
• Biomedical Sciences
• Chemistry
• Related fields
**Experience**
Experience Required:
• 2+ years (in biomaterial design, not limited to material functionalization, characterizations, biofabrication and biosensing)
