**Job Description**
The Research Fellow will work on an NIHR-funded project to conduct a realist review of evidence. This review aims to identify effective strategies for supporting oncology staff in engaging with, communicating, and acting upon mainstreaming genomic testing information. The project will generate evidence-based recommendations and targeted outputs, with the potential to increase genomic referral rates, enhance preventative care, and reduce late cancer diagnoses. The role involves critical thinking to develop theoretical insights and contributing to a remote team culture.
