**Job Description**
The appointee will assist the project leader in various research projects focused on enhancing adaptation, integration, and career development of non-local university students in Hong Kong, studying newly-arrived immigrant adolescents from Mainland China, and implementing a family-focused intervention for promoting mental health among Chinese rural-to-urban migrant children. Responsibilities include conducting literature reviews, coordinating participant recruitment, collecting and analyzing data, and assisting with report and manuscript preparation.
**Skills & Abilities**
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, with fluency in Cantonese and Putonghua
• Good knowledge of using statistical software such as SPSS, Mplus or AMOS
• Strong research interests in youth development, family studies, evaluation, etc.
• Strong sense of responsibility
• Good interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently
