**Job Description**
This project aims to develop a “Holistic Progress” (HOP) Tool for early childhood educators to observe and monitor children’s holistic development in the second year of kindergarten (K2). Phase 1 focuses on developing the initial teacher-completed HOP Tool (HOP V1) and preliminary guides. Phase 2 involves piloting HOP V1 and its guide with 200 K2 educators, followed by refinement based on psychometric data and stakeholder feedback to create HOP V2.
**Skills & Abilities**
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin (for translation and conducting orientation sessions)
• Experience in translating academic materials and research instruments
• Background in research methodology (preferred)
• Experience in early childhood settings (a plus)

Required Degree(s) in:
• Psychology
• Education
• A related field
