**Job Description**
This project focuses on developing a “Holistic Progress” (HOP) Tool for early childhood educators to observe and monitor children’s holistic development in the second year of kindergarten (K2). Phase 1 involves creating the first version of the teacher-completed HOP Tool (HOP V1) and preliminary guides. Phase 2 will pilot HOP V1 with 200 K2 educators, refining the tool based on psychometric data and stakeholder feedback to develop HOP V2. The Research Assistant will support these project phases by translating materials, preparing instruments, conducting orientations, assisting with data analysis, and liaising with stakeholders.

**Skills & Abilities**
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin for translating research materials and conducting orientation sessions
• Background in research methodology (preferred)

**Qualifications**
Required Degree(s) in:
• Psychology
• Education
• Related field

**Experience**
Other:
• Experience in translating academic materials and research instruments
• Experience in early childhood settings (a plus)
