**Job Description**
This Research Assistant position, based in Pittsburgh, supports the MOVED (Mobility Opportunity Vouchers to Eliminate Diabetes and Obesity) Study within the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health’s Department of Health Policy & Management. The study aims to investigate whether helping families move changes adult and child health outcomes by assisting them in moving from high-poverty to better-resourced neighborhoods. The role involves overseeing data collection, organization, and management, including conducting in-person and phone survey interviews, taking health measurements in participants’ homes, and assisting with data cleaning and report generation.

**Experience**
Experience Required:
• Previous experience working within a research setting, preferably with field experience or engaging and recruiting participants.
• Previous experience engaging participants from diverse backgrounds.
• An interest and experience in housing, neighborhood factors, and/or food policy.
Other:
• Additional education may substitute for required experience, and additional related experience may substitute for required education beyond a high school diploma/graduation equivalent, to the extent permitted by the JHU equivalency formula.
