**Job Description**
The Research Assistant will join the School of Healthcare to contribute to the Paediatric Intensive Care Audit Network (PICANet), an internationally recognized program monitoring paediatric critical care in the UK and Republic of Ireland. This role involves supporting data collection and analysis on staffing levels within paediatric intensive care units to ensure the delivery of accurate, high-quality information. The assistant will collaborate with colleagues at the University of Leicester and the University of Leeds, contributing to research outputs such as reports and co-authored publications, and facilitating communication with healthcare partners to impact paediatric intensive care research.
