**Job Description**
The research assistant is responsible for providing professional research support related to ongoing research projects within the Office of Leadership Programs and its constituent programs and initiatives. Reporting to the director of leadership programs, the assistant is a member of the Research & Public Service Team and will assist in advancing the office’s mission within the university and Georgia by working collaboratively with staff.
**Skills & Abilities**
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to proofread for high-quality and error-free copy.
• Demonstrated analytical abilities, including the ability to utilize data to inform decision-making.
• Mastery of Microsoft Office suite.

• Student enrolled in at least six credit hours as an undergraduate student at Georgia College
