Program Assistant

**Job Description**
This position involves serving as a program assistant for Center projects, primarily supporting multiple active grants at CAPS. Key duties include recruiting and retaining study participants, performing home visits, traveling to community sites, managing IRB regulatory tasks, and collecting and entering data. The role also entails working with clinic and community sites, developing reports, and performing basic statistical analyses under guidance. The assistant will provide administrative and clerical support, aid PIs in research reports and grant protocols, and facilitate communications with IRBs, funding agencies, and researchers. Additionally, the role includes assisting with health education at community sites and guiding student trainees.
