The Postdoctoral Scholar performs and conducts research in cardiovascular and neuronal research within the Department of Physiology, focusing on the disruption of calcium homeostasis in the setting of cardiac and neuronal damage, and studying underlying molecular signaling.

**Experience**
Experience Required:
• Experience in Molecular Biology, Pharmacology, and Biochemistry fields related to basic and translational cardiac and neurovascular metabolic disorders.
Other:
• Previous research experience in cardiovascular and neurological sciences and animal models of disease is highly desirable.
