**Job Description**
VinUniversity is launching the Researchers 200 Program to attract exceptional early-career researchers globally. This initiative aims to support and nurture high-potential researchers by providing resources and opportunities for them to thrive. The College of Engineering & Computer Science is seeking Postdoctoral Researchers/Research Fellows to join a dynamic academic community, work with global experts, and contribute significantly to research and society in areas such as Privacy and Compliance, User Experience, Computational Data Science and Applications, and High-performance, Energy-efficient Computing.

• Outstanding communication, collaboration, and teamwork capabilities

**Qualifications**
Required Degree(s) in:
• Engineering / Computer Science (Ph.D. degree from a prestigious university)

**Experience**
Other:
• Proven track record of impactful research, demonstrated through publications in prestigious journals (for early-career researchers)
• Acceptance as a mentee by a VinUni scientist who will oversee the research
• Preliminary research plan developed in consultation with a VinUni research team leader
