**Job Description**
The Postdoctoral Research Associate will support research related to the social networks of rural science teachers. This involves analyzing and interpreting social network survey data, conducting participant interviews, and preparing manuscripts and academic presentations. The position also includes mentoring graduate and undergraduate students involved in similar research.

**Skills & Abilities**
• Working knowledge of social network theory and analysis
• Experience with thematic qualitative analysis
• Familiarity or training with UCINET software and/or R applied to social network analysis (Preferred)

**Qualifications**
Required Degree(s) in:
• Science Education
• Educational Psychology
• Curriculum & Instruction
• Closely related field
