**Job Description**
The Postdoctoral Research Associate will support research related to the social networks of rural science teachers. This involves analyzing and interpreting data from social network surveys, conducting interviews with participants, preparing and delivering manuscripts and academic presentations, and mentoring graduate and undergraduate students engaged in similar work.
**Skills & Abilities**
• Working knowledge of social network theory and analysis.
• Experience with thematic qualitative analysis.
• Familiarity or training with UCINET software and/or R applied to social network analysis (Preferred).
**Qualifications**
Required Degree(s) in:
• Science Education
• Educational Psychology
• Curriculum & Instruction
• A closely related field
