**Job Description**
This Postdoctoral Research Associate (PDRA) position is a one-year, full-time role within the Department of Geography at King’s College London, starting 1 January 2026. The PDRA will contribute to the Leverhulme-funded “Sensory Lives: Neurodivergent Children and Families in Temporary Accommodation” research project, aiming to understand how homeless families with neurodivergent children experience temporary accommodation in the UK. The role’s goal is to ensure the insights of these families are represented in national discussions on the child homelessness crisis. The primary responsibility for year-two of the project involves supporting the design and UK-wide tour of a playhouse tent to communicate children’s experiences and promote a more inclusive understanding of neurological difference in research and policy.
