**Job Description**
A highly motivated and creative Postdoctoral Research Associate is sought to join a lymphoma research program, working at the interface of cancer biology, functional genomics, and translational research. The position focuses on understanding the molecular mechanisms driving lymphoma progression and therapy resistance, leveraging cutting-edge approaches including spatial transcriptomics, CRISPR-based functional genomic screening, and patient-derived xenograft (PDX) models to discover novel therapeutic targets and biomarkers. The successful candidate will have access to state-of-the-art facilities, multidisciplinary collaborations, and opportunities to lead high-impact publications.
**Skills & Abilities**
• Expertise in gene editing technology and NGS
• Expertise in flow cytometry and cell sorting
• Expertise in bioinformatic and data integration, R/Python
• Familiarity with platforms like Visium and GeoMx (Preferred)
• Ability for grant writing and manuscript writing (Preferred)
**Qualifications**
Required Degree(s) in:
• Cancer biology
• Molecular/cellular biology
• Genomics
• Immunology
**Experience**
Other:
• Preferred experience in engrafting human lymphoma tissue into immunocompromised mice.
• Preferred experience in multi-disciplinary projects (genomics in-vivo immunology).
