**Job Description**
The University of Nebraska Medical Center is seeking a highly motivated and creative Postdoctoral Research Associate to join its lymphoma research program. This position will focus on understanding the molecular mechanisms driving lymphoma progression and therapy resistance, operating at the intersection of cancer biology, functional genomics, and translational research. The successful candidate will utilize cutting-edge approaches including spatial transcriptomics, CRISPR-based functional genomic screening, and patient-derived xenograft (PDX) models to identify novel therapeutic targets and biomarkers, with access to state-of-the-art facilities, multidisciplinary collaborations, and opportunities to lead high-impact publications.

**Skills & Abilities**
� Expertise in gene editing technology and NGS
� Expertise in flow cytometry and cell sorting
� Expertise in bioinformatic and data integration (R/Python)
� Familiarity with platforms like Visium and GeoMx (Preferred)
� Experience in engrafting human lymphoma tissue into immunocompromised mice (Preferred)
� Grant writing and ability to write manuscripts (Preferred)
� Previous multi-disciplinary projects (genomics in-vivo immunology) (Preferred)

**Qualifications**
Required Degree(s) in:
� Cancer biology
� Molecular/cellular biology
� Genomics
� Immunology

**Experience**
Other:
� Preferred experience in familiar with platforms like Visium and GeoMx
� Preferred experience in engrafting of human lymphoma tissue into immunocompromised mice
� Preferred experience in grant writing and ability to write manuscripts
