**Job Description**
The Postdoctoral Research Associate will join a world-leading center for research and education in network science, focusing on advancing the understanding of complex systems through networks to solve real-world problems in urban science, public health, social science, and economics. This role specifically involves working at the interface of research and operational public health, using statistical and mathematical models to improve surveillance, prevention, and control of infectious diseases, including arboviral diseases. Projects aim to integrate epidemiology, complex systems, and network science to develop, evaluate, and implement novel models supporting public health decision-making.
**Skills & Abilities**
• Strong programming skills (R, Python, and/or Julia)
• Experience interacting with and communicating complex findings to diverse partners (e.g., the public, scientists, or public health officials)

Required Degree(s) in:
• Epidemiology
• Applied Mathematics
