**Job Description**
The Postdoctoral Research Associate will be responsible for conducting research in specific fields such as organometallic chemistry, gyroscopes, and carbon chains. This role also involves writing manuscripts, developing research proposals, and assisting with graduate student mentoring and group organization.

**Skills & Abilities**
• Ability to collect and interpret spectroscopic data (NMR, IR, UV/Visible, etc.).
• Ability to collect and interpret crystallographic data.
• Proficiency in undertaking physical measurements.
• Strong analytical and data dissemination skills.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Mentoring and organizational skills.
• Ability to maintain laboratory instrumentation.
• Adherence to safety standards.

**Qualifications**
Required Degree(s) in:
• Chemistry (Ph.D.)

**Experience**
Experience Required:
• Experience in inorganic and organometallic chemistry.
