**Job Description**
A postdoctoral position is available in the Biochemistry and Molecular Biology Department at UNMC. This role focuses on the brain metastasis of breast and lung cancers, involving various molecular biology and cell culture techniques, generation of mouse models, and biomarker analysis. The position also includes testing novel combination therapies for brain metastasis prevention, applying immunoncological techniques to understand tumor microenvironment, discover novel targets, and develop therapeutic strategies for aggressive brain metastatic cancers, including breast, non-small, and small cell lung cancers. Additionally, the role involves studying immunometabolism alterations in primary and metastatic cell lines, as well as patient-derived tissues and xenografts.
