**Job Description**
The Australian National University is seeking a Postdoctoral Fellow/Research Fellow to play a key role in the design, development, evaluation, and implementation of an innovative online interactive training course. This course supports the MRFF-funded Volunteer Dementia and Delirium Care Program, aiming to improve person-centred hospital care for individuals with dementia and/or delirium. The successful candidate(s) will contribute to collaborative research, educational activities, and stakeholder engagement within the Schools and broader University community.

• Strong skills in data science, user experience design, and/or web development
• Ability to apply human-centred computing/engineering methods to digital health
• Experience in conducting and publishing high-quality research, ideally in applied or interdisciplinary contexts
• Capability and willingness to supervise student research projects
