**Job Description**
The Dzakovich Lab at the Children’s Nutrition Research Center (CNRC) focuses on defining how genetic and environmental factors influence the chemical composition and bioavailability of molecules in fruits and vegetables, and how these changes impact human health. Postdoctoral Associates are trainees in an apprenticeship mode, preparing for a scientific professional career. Trainees are encouraged to advance their professional skills, publish and present findings, and develop independent research lines.

• Experience with hydroponics and working in growth chamber and/or greenhouse settings.
• Familiarity with extracting and analyzing plant-derived chemicals with mass spectrometry.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively work in a team.
• Clear record of publishing in peer-reviewed journals.
• Experience with experimental design and statistical data analysis.
• Experience programming/coding.
• Comfortable using tools to build, maintain, or repair equipment.
