**Job Description**
The Department of Environmental and Global Health at the University of Florida is seeking a Postdoctoral Associate to join Dr. Zhoumeng Lin’s laboratory. The role involves developing physiologically based pharmacokinetic (PBPK) and quantitative structure-activity relationship (QSAR) models for various applications in nanomedicine, animal-derived food safety, and human health risk assessment. The position also includes collecting and meta-analyzing pharmacokinetic and tissue distribution data using machine learning and AI, and integrating PBPK/QSAR models with AI to create computational approaches for human, animal, and environmental health decision-making.
**Skills & Abilities**
• Prior pharmacokinetic modeling or machine learning experience using software such as R, Python, MATLAB, GastroPlus, PK-Sim, Phoenix, Monolix, and Berkeley Madonna.
