**Job Description**
Texas A&M AgriLife Research at Corpus Christi is seeking a highly motivated scientist specializing in Data Analytics and Artificial Intelligence (AI). This position will complement the strengths of the unit in Digital Agriculture, with the incumbent expected to collaborate with a transdisciplinary team to develop predictive models for agriculture applications.
**Skills & Abilities**
• Familiarity with remotely sensed geospatial data products (UAS and satellite imagery).
• Experience in building data models using Python or other statistical and/or mathematical programming packages.
• Proficiency in developing machine learning algorithms to analyze spatial-temporal data for predictive modeling.
• Strong written and oral communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to publish in high-quality peer-reviewed journals.
• Ability to multi-task and work cooperatively with others.
