**Job Description**
This PhD scholarship involves research within an NHMRC Investigator Grant entitled “Using Sleep Technologies to Better Define and Manage Insomnia.” The project aims to leverage consumer sleep technologies to generate new knowledge on insomnia’s underlying pathophysiology, refine tools for phenotyping this heterogeneous sleep disorder, and deliver targeted treatments. The research seeks to establish proof-of-concept for a new model of insomnia precision diagnostics and targeted therapeutic approaches, addressing the inaccessibility of current effective treatments and potentially revolutionizing diagnosis using practical, inexpensive, and deployable sleep technologies.
