**Job Description**
This role, situated within the Nutrition and Health platform of the Co-Centre for Sustainable Food Systems, will primarily focus on analyzing the health impacts of polyphenol-rich diets among cancer survivors using population-based studies, while also exploring their environmental co-benefits. As part of a WCRF-funded project, the postholder will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team including epidemiologists, nutritionists, statisticians, and food chemists, working closely with international partners.

**Skills & Abilities**
• Relevant recent experience of research in nutritional epidemiology
• Track record of high-quality publications commensurate with stage of career

**Qualifications**
Required Degree(s) in:
• Nutrition
• Epidemiology and Health
• Relevant discipline (Ph.D to be obtained within 3 months of commencement of employment)
