**Job Description**
The successful candidate will prepare a doctoral thesis in the field of IP law under the supervision of Professor Dr Martin Stierle. The role also includes contributing to teaching activities and common projects within the IP law research group. The doctoral researcher will join a collegial research group of several PhD candidates and a postdoctoral researcher, focusing on IP law, within a faculty that is a vibrant European IP hub located near multiple European courts.

• Good knowledge of German and/or French (asset)
• Excellent communication and writing skills
• Strong ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Good organizational skills
**Qualifications**
Required Degree(s) in:
• Law (Master’s Degree, Diploma, State Exam, or equivalent qualification)
**Experience**
Other:
• Prior knowledge in IP law gained through a specialization or relevant study curriculum
