**Job Description**
The C4 Community Catapult Research Fellow, based within Queen’s Communities and Place (QCAP) at Queen’s University Belfast, will collaboratively define and maintain project management lifecycle standards for C4 catapult community sites including Market Belfast, Darnel Sheffield, Brixton, and Clackmannanshire. The role involves supporting the C4 Senior Management Team in coordinating and administering engaged research projects driven by community needs, ensuring quality monitoring of risks and issues, adherence to recruitment and procurement procedures, and the implementation of financial controls in line with C4 processes.

**Qualifications**
Required Degree(s) in:
• Social Science discipline (upper second class honours degree or equivalent, or a Masters degree)
• Relevant subject (Ph.D)
**Experience**

• Relevant research experience working on a project relating to communities, mental health and well-being, or social economy
• Experience of relationship building with stakeholder groups relevant to the centre (e.g., community groups, voluntary sector)
• Experience and knowledge of engaged research initiatives and of developing structures and systems in line with stakeholder requirements
