**Job Description**
The Undergraduate Research Assistant will provide overall study support, including assisting with data collection and managing survey distribution. This role involves assisting and leading aspects of research such as literature reviews, data collection, and data analysis. The project, “Examining Blackness in Postsecondary STEM Education through a Multidimensional-Multiplicate Lens,” is an exploratory sequential mixed methods study seeking to understand how Black undergraduate STEM students engage with Blackness in relation to their STEM involvement and perspectives on racial equity in STEM. It incorporates critical theories of Blackness, mosaic ethnography, critical mixed methodology, and critical quantitative and intersectional qualitative analyses.
