**Job Description**
This postdoctoral researcher position is within the Institute for Translational Research, focusing on specific projects related to the epigenetics of aging and disease. The Institute is dedicated to advancing translational research in neurodegenerative diseases, fostering the development of novel diagnostics and interventions, and creating solutions for a healthier community, with a particular emphasis on personalized medicine for Alzheimer’s disease.

**Skills & Abilities**
• R programming
• Linux/Unix-based operations
• Microsoft Office suite utilization (Excel, Word, PPT)
• Molecular genetics wetlab methodology (pipetting, DNA/RNA extractions, Infinium-based array processing)
• Written and verbal scientific communication

**Qualifications**
Required Degree(s) in:
• Biomedically relevant discipline
• Doctoral degree (If not yet conferred, a letter from the school’s official Graduate Office and/or Registrar’s Office certifying all requirements have been met and stating degree conferral date can be accepted.)

• At least 2 years computational/bioinformatics experience and/or training
