Carnegie Mellon University’s Robotics Institute is seeking a Part-time Research Assistant in computer vision and machine learning focused on human behavior analysis and modeling. The successful candidate will investigate and develop novel algorithms and models for analyzing and understanding human behavior from video, specifically focusing on efficient perceptual algorithms for behavioral cue extraction and new approaches for modeling people interaction, with applications in medical research and affective computing.
