The Postdoctoral Research Associate will conduct original research collaboratively with faculty members and Ph.D. students within the Organizational Behavior academic area at the Kenan-Flagler Business School. This position also requires active involvement in the school’s intellectual communities through participation in workshops, seminars, and area functions, alongside independent research. A primary administrative duty includes managing the behavioral laboratory.
