• Background knowledge in Membrane protein expression and purification
• Background knowledge in Insect cell expression and purification
• Background knowledge in Protein expression and purification from native organisms
• Background knowledge in Biophysics, including spectroscopic methods (stopped flow, EPR, TA)
• Background knowledge in Structure determination (NMR, X-ray crystallography, cryoEM)
