**Job Description**
Liverpool John Moores University (LJMU) is seeking a highly motivated Research Fellow to join the School of Engineering. This role involves facilitating the development of high-quality applications for research and knowledge exchange funding across various engineering disciplines, working with internal and external stakeholders through every stage of the process. The post holder will also conduct high-quality research in areas such as energy efficiency, digitalisation, renewable energy, sustainability, and AI applications, and contribute to learning, teaching, and student supervision.
**Skills & Abilities**
• Demonstrable track record in conducting high-quality research and generating impact.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Diverse technical understanding.
• Ability to work flexibly and support multiple projects simultaneously.
• EU project experience (desirable).

Required Degree(s) in:
• Engineering
• Technology (e.g., maritime and offshore engineering)
