**Job Description**
This Research Assistant position supports the JHC grant by fulfilling research tasks that involve integrating existing acoustic data from NOAA and CCOM/JHC, derived terrain variables, and satellite-derived datasets.

**Skills & Abilities**
• Experience with Landsat-8 satellite data, bathymetry and other remote sensing data
• Proficiency with Google Earth Engine
• Proficiency with ArcGIS Pro
• Proficiency with RStudio

**Qualifications**
Required Degree(s) in:
• Ph.D
Preferred:
• Ph.D in marine ecology/remote sensing

**Experience**
Other:
• Boating license
• SCUBA certification
