**Job Description**
Texas A&M AgriLife Research at Corpus Christi is seeking a highly motivated scientist specializing in Data Analytics and Artificial Intelligence (AI). This position complements the strengths of Texas A&M AgriLife Research unit at Corpus Christi in Digital Agriculture, with the incumbent expected to work with a team of transdisciplinary scientists to develop predictive models for agriculture applications.
**Skills & Abilities**
• Familiarity with remotely sensed geospatial data products (UAS and satellite imagery).
• Experience in building data models using Python or other statistical and/or mathematical programming packages.
• Proficiency in developing machine learning algorithms to analyze spatial-temporal data for predictive modeling.
• Strong written and oral communication skills, including a demonstrated ability to publish in high‐quality peer‐reviewed journals.
• Ability to multi-task and work cooperatively with others.
