**Job Description**
Applications are invited for a Postdoc position within the INCREC research project, financed by an ERC Consolidator Grant and coordinated by Prof. Ana Guerberof-Arenas. The project aims to understand the creative process of translation, particularly for literary and audiovisual content, and its reception by users, especially in the context of recent advancements in machine translation, large language models, and generative AI. This understanding seeks to enhance MT use, improve the translator’s working environment and job sustainability, and optimize user experience. The postdoc will conduct individual work on a specific package while collaborating with an existing team, focusing on analyzing and classifying user creativity in Audiovisual Translation (AVT) across different modalities, defining links between user attention/preference and creativity, and gathering data on error impact using mixed methods including eye-tracking, engagement questionnaires, and interviews.

**Qualifications**
