**Job Description**
The Postdoctoral Research Associate will conduct research focusing on organometallic chemistry, gyroscopes, and carbon chains. Key responsibilities include synthesizing new gyroscopes and platinum complexes with long carbon chains, collecting and interpreting spectroscopic and crystallographic data, and undertaking physical measurements. The role also involves analyzing and disseminating research findings through manuscripts, reports, presentations, and grant proposals, as well as mentoring graduate students and assisting with group organization and laboratory maintenance.
