**Job Description**
CBS is seeking a postdoctoral fellow specializing in chemical engineering and formulation sciences, with a particular focus on phosphate value chain processes. The role involves contributing to and pursuing research activities on industrial subjects related to chemical phosphate manufacturing processes within the CBS department. The candidate will also participate in the supervision of internships, projects, and practical work, actively contributing to program life through organizing seminars, workshops, and conferences. Additionally, the fellow will engage in UM6P’s collective projects and external missions, providing support and supervision for Ph.D. and Master’s students in report, dissertation, and end-of-study paper writing.

• Hybrid expertise in Chemical engineering, Process engineering, Materials chemistry.
• Experience in pilot-scale testing.
• Formulation sciences and product development.
• Physicochemical characterization of formulations.
• Quality control and analytical chemistry.
• Level of experience evidenced by publications in peer-reviewed journals.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Experience working as a member of a multidisciplinary team.
• Ability to write publications, reports, and projects.
• Oral and written communication skills.
• Computer skills/programming/modeling (a plus).

**Experience**
Other:
• Extensive experience in unit operations and chemical processes.
• Proven expertise in formulation development and product optimization.
• Ability to design and evaluate the performance of unit operations.
• Experience in physicochemical characterization techniques (rheology, particle size analysis, thermal analysis, etc.).
• Ability to carry out feasibility, cost, risk, and opportunity assessment studies.
• A proven track record of research publications in reputable peer-reviewed journals.
